QLEPR and Celebrity Guests Attend Festival Flores de la Diaspora Africana in Costa Rica 8-21 to 9-1-2013 (Flowers of African Diaspora Festival).

This year we will celebrate the 15th Edition of the Festival and the first part will host the African and Afrodescendant Film Festival, which will run from August 22nd to 31st. The second part will be dedicated to
Afro-Costa Rican folklore and will take place from September the 1st through 7th.
